Editorial Review:
Recognized as one of the world's leading authorities on the subject, Susan Herdman delivers the most current information available about the management of patients with vestibular disorders in her updated third edition text. With an increased emphasis on evidence-based practice, PT practitioners and students will more clearly understand the scientific basis for successful treatment and readily relate the rationales to clinical practice.

Customer Reviews
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: out of 5 stars - The book is good, but the DVD seems not compatible with my PC or Mac
The book came in fair condition and the corners were dented due to shipping and handling. The DVD seemed fine at work, but when I brought it home to download into my PC and Mac, I could only hear the sound but was unable to watch the video.
The book content was good, though.

Rating: out of 5 stars - The best of Vestibular Rehabilitation
In the quality of ex-pupil of the Prof. Susan J. Herdman,PT,PhD,FAPTA and reviwer of the translation of the second edition of this exactly book for the Brazilian Portuguese language, register that this third edition of the VR is a impeccable workmanship of revision and update that offers to a safe source for the professionals of the area and students.

Best,

André Luís dos Santos Silva, PT,D.Sc. (Brazil)

Rating: out of 5 stars - A must for any PT treating vestibular patients
This book presents in an orderly fashion the anatomy of the vestibular system, diagnosis and goes into detail regarding diagnostics and how to structure a vestibular evaluation. The CD is great addition as it reviews tests and procedures with video and audio. I use it as a valuable reference in the clinic frequently.

Rating: out of 5 stars - Wait for the 3rd edition coming soon
For Audiology PCO students, purchased this book as stated in course description, however, it was recommended by instructor to wait for the 3rd edition due to new research/ changing views & theories. Should be coming out this spring 2007 I believe.

Rating: out of 5 stars - Vestibular Rehabiltation
Concise, good example/case studies. Thorough review of vestibular system. A great read prior to any vestibular course.
