Rating: - Very good basics
I was very interested in checking this book out once I first saw it. My background in is Dietetics and Sports Physiology so I was curious to see what was said. I love the author's focus on cutting weight the correct and safe way. The book says most nutritionists do not recommend suppliments but they do stress understanding the product before taking it. As a sports nutrtion book it is really nice to see someone put focus on whole foods and vegetables. My only real complaint with the book is how ... Read More
