Comments: I was not please that it took as much time as it did. Also in the end I was notified that I would't be receiving the CD that I order. I would like the amount of purchase for this CD credited back to my Credit card. I have always had great service with Amazon in the past and in the future, if I'm not dealing directly with Amazon, then I don't want to deal with anyone else. Thank You!

Comments: ........item did not arrive on time but seller did notify me prior to the arrival time of a problem in shipping item. They also included a DVD movie and advised me they would get on the problem to find my item right away, and they did ,and shipped it within one week. extra effort and concern for the customer, that was shown.
