Comments: The 1st book I ordered from adlers was misplaced by the USPS and never recovered. USPS said that since the item was not insured they would not cover the cost. Upon contacting adlers regarding this issue I asked to split the costs on the re-order, since this was not my fault and not theirs. They graciously accepted and shipped right away via UPS. Great service!
