Comments: I have tried repeatedly to contact this seller as the CD was defective. I follow all the directions to contact them and nothing results. And being asked to spend more money for a return when I've received no response is unacceptable. I've written this off but wanted you to know what a bad experience I've had with them.

Comments: This order was placed 4/15/08. Delivery was promised no later than 5/7/08. Only when I inquired on 5/08 was I told that it was returned to seller damaged and they had no more. The return obviously had occurred prior to that time and seller did not have the courtesy to let me know. It was a gift for my grandson and very disappointing. I would never deal with them again.
