Frankly I bought this book as there weren't many books available for PACES part of MRCP. As I started reading I initially felt "come on I know this".but I should admit as I kept reading this highly readable book, I was stunned by the ease with which the authors take you around the seeemingly convoluted world of Neurological lesions and localisation in just 180+ pages. They have not straitjacketed the book as "stations" but every possible nook and corner seems to be covered. I remember the next on call day when I felt I was seeing things more methodically. It's a "should -have" book for not only MRCP PACES candidate but for every SHO and frankly every medical student. I have given only a 4 star rating as there is always a room for improvement in Medicine..don't ask me how!
