As someone who works in alternative health, I can say that my company's staff finds this book indispensible. Our office copy is continually being passed from hand to hand as a resource and reference. It IS expensive, but for the value we get out of it, I'd pay the money again--in fact I'm going to, because I originally came to the page to order a second copy for the office and felt I needed to respond to the one poor review that was posted. It's not representative of the product--it's representative of the PUBLISHER, and if we were all to critique publishers, well, we'd be here a while, wouldn't we? Bottom line is that you get the value you pay for with this book.

I attempted three times to contact the publisher/provider of this book and received no response. One would think that, given the inflated cost of this book, there would be some modicum of customer service...
