I have looked at bread cookbooks over the last 2 years and finally found one that I really liked. It has alot of hints to make the bread come out of the bread machine better which, by the way, has worked. There is alot of variety of recipes to try. It is written clearly, in a concise manner, and overall is the best bread machine cookbook that I have found.

I can't recommend this book enough. I have made about 5 recipes and not one was less then fantastic. Each recipe has been well tested and the if you follow the book (being careful with the measurements and ingredients) you are in for a treat!
Rating:  - Bread Machine Basics
This is good but not as good as it could be. The graphics are lovely. I live overseas and aquired a machine with no instructions. The book could use more helpful hints on how to make changes.

I got this book a few days back and so far I have made: Sally Lunn, Pumpkin Seed, Cinnamon Raisin, and Honey Corn Bread. Each recipe has come out wonderfully with little or no adjustments (I live in an extremely dry, high-altitude region of the country so it's necessary to add a little more water or use less flour). The cover is excellent and durable, and there is a wide variety of recipes with gorgeous color photos. I get confused trying to decide which recipe to try next! At the beginning of the book there are helpful tips including pictures to show you what your dough and final product should look like. There could be more pictures, but all in all, this is an excellent book and it is the best thing I have bought in quite a while...next, I think I shall try the Sweet Orange Bread or the Maple Sweet Potato Bread! It's great to be able to make fresh bread so easily with these simple recipes, because most of the breads sold at grocery stores are tasteless, have little substance, and are probably chock-full of stuff you don't want to be eating.

It is the best bread cookbook I have ever seen. Every recipe has a picture of a bread you are making, so you know how it is going to look like, it has helpful tips and nutrition information.
I recommend this book to everyone who wants to enjoy they bread machine.
