Editorial Review:Now with blazing 802.11n, the affordable AirPort Express is powerful enough to run a home Wi-Fi network, yet small enough to take on the road. Share your wireless network with up to 10 users, print documents, photos, and more from any room in the house to one central printer, play iTunes music through your stereo or powered speakers using AirTunes, and more.

We took the Apple Airport Express with us for our Asia trip and it served us quite well. Whether it's connecting to the hotel's ethernet or to my in-law's DSL modem, Apple Airport Express ran without a problem, even with VPN. The stereo output worked nicely. The wireless range is not far, but sufficient enough for the hotel room and my in-law's condo. It's small, easy to slip into the luggage. The power plug folds in. It's attactively designed and well-built for travel. I highly recommend ... Read More

Apple products always get the job done - but if you want to do a little something different - it may take awhile (and some internet help) to figure out how to do it. The AX is made to allow a wired printer or speakers to be used with a wireless network - and that works fine. But I wanted to use mine to extend my wireless network to a blu-ray DVD player to use BD live. Setting up the AX to use as a router was a little more difficult - but once I got it set up, it works beautifully!

Instructions are simple to follow, works great with the Airport Extreme I purchased also. I have my entire home covered with Wi-Fi. I can stream music through it which is another plus. Really do like this product. Looks great unlike some of the cheaper versions you can buy. I can highly recommend.

I have never used Apple networking products until recently but now I am a complete convert. I used the Apple Airport Express to connect an older Windows PC & laser printer to my existing WLAN. It was so easy that I purchased another Airport Express to connect my Linux workstation to my home network as well rather than deal with Linux drivers for WLAN cards & devices. I just attached each computer via the ethernet cable rather deal with wireless adapters for each computer. Another big plus, I ... Read More
