Rating: - Not for me
I'm giving this book 1 star because there were two chapters in this entire book I found to be somewhat helpful. One was on forgiveness, and the other on anger. The author describes herself as hardhearted and I have to admit I'm the same way. I don't know that I could ever follow her description of real forgiveness, but it was an education for me. Rating: - Not so much...
I guess I didn't read far enough into the reviews to know that this is so Christian-based. I am sure others would appreciate that, but it turned me off immediately.
Rating: - Read this before you file for a divorce
As an author of a divorce book, it might seem strange that I am recommending a book on how to save your marriage. But I firmly believe that a couple should do everything they can to try and save their marriage, if possible, barring any physical or mental abuse. Read this book before you file for divorce, if after reading it you still see divorce as your only option, at least you will know that you did everything in your power to save your marriage before getting a divorce.

The generation difference affects soo many areas in our life and it was just too much for me. Anyhow I ordered this book when I was on my last string and it is very helpful. I highlighted so many things in this book and she is very direct and gives you very hard instructions. Maybe I need to reach that point of being changed ... Read More
