X-Men 3: The Official Movie Game provides the back-story for the upcoming X-Men: The Last Stand feature film. For the first time ever, the game enables players to truly command the powers of popular characters from the X-Men movie universe. Players will assume the roles of Wolverine, Nightcrawler, and Iceman as they wield and upgrade their signature powers and maneuver through unique environments. Hack and slash with Wolverines brute strength to decimate foes; as Nightcrawler, players will scale walls, spin and BAMF through environments to stay one step ahead of enemies; and experience incredible speed on Icemans ice slide while shooting ice beams and creating hailstorms to freeze the opposition. Features voice acting by stars of the film, like Patrick Stewart

Rating: out of 5 stars - Worst and Best game ever!!!
I thought that X-MEN THE OFFICIAL GAME was a very fun game. My son loves playing it. I asked him some questions about the game and these were his answers:

1) Who was the best character?
I think it would be Nightcrawler. I love that you can teleport as much as you want. In the beginning of the game when you are first him, after you beet the enemies, you can just tele port around the whole building! He even made his own story by doing that!

2) Who was the worst character? ... Read More

Rating: out of 5 stars - Good graphics average game
I got this game after seeing the movie and it does not follow the story line. It is an O.K.game but lacks real fun. It has no multi player mode and all you do in the levels is run around killing people. You never have to think or solve puzzles. I would recomend some thing fun you can play with freinds ( madden, pac man etc. ) Don't get this unless you are bored & have a lot of spare cash or a die hard X-men fan.

Rating: out of 5 stars - Another comic book title poorly EXECUTED!!!!!!!!!
Another comic book title semi-wasted. This game has alot going for it. Unfortunately it was very poorly executed. The game has the movies music, feel, and atomosphere down pat. But that is about it. It really lacks anything innovative in a action adventure brawler. I have to say that Wolverine is the worst character to play in this game. His hack & slash levels are so ordinary. Ice Man & NightCrawler seem to have the most entertaining rounds. Ice Man is always on his snow glide & Night Crawler ... Read More

Rating: out of 5 stars - A Cash Cow Game
Not always is a game based off a movie bad. There really are some good ones out there. However, there are some that truly are bad and should be avoided. X-Men: The Offical Game is that game. The game overall is pretty poor. The developers didn't seem to take it seriously. The game is meant to connect The second X-Men movie with the third one. Unfortunately, the game just reeks of bad quality. Perhaps if it had spent more time in development, the game could've been good. Instead it's rather bland. ... Read More

Rating: out of 5 stars - Vey good ,but short.
First off I want to say that many people think this game is the worst thing since Lego racing for N64. It's a really good game I recomend it to the die hard X-Men fans ,but a normal person no.It's too short the fighting styles are cool and the bosses are easy even the last boss. One problem though you have to earn mutations through harder difficulties and you only get at least one on easy mode sometimes you don't get nothing. Very good though otherwise has me hyped about the movie coming this Friday.
