Rating:  - Won't power laptop
This item is sold as a replacement for part #6G356 but is only detected as a 70 watt where 90 watts is needed to power the laptop (a Latitude C840). I chose this adapter instead of a different one because a review of the other adapter mentioned this same problem. This adapter is not something you should buy.
Rating: - Incorrect Voltage
product arrived on time, but when plugged into laptop, it did not have enough voltage to power up the computer. no mention of voltage on ad.
Rating: - Horrible service
I ordered the Dell PC adapter making sure it is the right model. I received the wrong adapter that is not compatible with my laptop and the invoice has the right adapter on it. I have emailed customer service several times and have yet to hear anything about it. I would like to get a new, right adapter but customer service is not responding. This is the worst service I have ever had.
Rating:  - Good Price, Good service, Cheap Adapter
This is the exact same adapter that came with the computer. It's half the price of buying direct from Dell. It is a cheap adapter, but so was the one that came with the computer. So no complaints here, and they even shipped priority mail, which was nice.

HAD IT FOR A MONTH NOW AND NO PROBLEMS, SEEMS TO BE OF GOOD QUALITY.
