Editorial Review:
Specifically aimed at the 16-25 year-old and novice driver; "Road Skillz" is the answer to drivers' worries about the lack of real-life driving experience. Did you know...? That a driver of a vehicle makes more decisions in one mile than a 747 captain does flying cross-country?
In contrast to past "scare tactics" and "lecture" type driver education videos; "Road Skillz" recreates the most common accidents and then shows you how to react and then avoid the accident altogether. This gives you, the viewer, the critical knowledge needed when faced with a crisis situation.
Hosted by Indy Racing League driver Arie Luyendyk Jr.; with a special appearance by his father; Arie Luyendyk Sr., two-time winner of the Indy 500. "Road Skillz" also features top drivers across the racing world including NASCAR driver Boris Said, Baja 1000 Champion Ryan Arciero, Champ Car World Series drivers Sebastien Bourdais and Bruno Junqueira plus Formula One and Le Mans 24 Hour Endurance Driver Henri Pescarolo giving their driving insight in a "Quick Tip" format.
Using video, CGI animation and MTV style rhythm and music; "Road Skillz" gives you the "skillz" needed for today's demanding driving environment. This fast-paced, hard-hitting video goes straight to the heart of the matter with more information; in less time; than any previous video of its kind.

Rating: out of 5 stars - Tagging it useless is too kind
Had the world class racecar drivers featured in this video, who script-read their lines, known what the final production would be like, they would have been reluctant to have their names associated with it.
It is the most useless video on the subject that I have ever seen. Don't waste your time or money.

Rating: out of 5 stars - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
What an absolute WASTE of money. This DVD does nothing to help the teen driver.

It has such gems as telling teens not to drink and drive.
WOW, what a great piece of advice, they didnt learn THAT in drivers training.

They also say to look left, right and left again when at a stop sign. WOW! I never heard that before.

Also, when you drive in fog, turn your lights ON. AMAZING, I never would have thought of that!

Hope you get my sarcasim ... Read More

Rating: out of 5 stars - Perfect!
I recommend this video to anyone with a driver in the home from ages 15 to 21...teaches what they can't learn in a class in a way that's fun for them as well as "cool" because it has race car drivers and neat animation.

Two thumbs up!
