Rating: out of 5 stars - Pleasantly Surprised
I caught an episode of Drake and Josh, while at a family member's house. Drake sang in the episode, and I really liked his voice and sound. So I checked him out on Amazon the next day and decided to buy his album. It's been a perminant in my car player since it arrived. I'm impressed. Planning on buying his newest as well!

Rating: out of 5 stars - Not just for 10 year olds
Most people would think that this Nikelodeon 'Star's' album would be packed with upbeat pop hits just like the Drake and Josh theme song 'Found A Way'.

Wrong. 'Found A Way' is probably the worst song on the album. So you can only imagine how good the rest of the album is. You can hear the Beatles influence in most of the songs. And considering Drake wrote these songs while he was in his whiny, angsty, noisy teenage years, the songs are actually really good. And they're catchy, which ... Read More

Rating: out of 5 stars - Good music for all age groups
I recently purchased this CD for my 6 year old grandson. He watches the Drake & Josh show on Nick at Night and loves to sing along to Drake's music. When he found out that Drake was a singer and had a CD, we had to search the web for it. This CD has good music for any age group, really. But is especially good for any child that likes to hear the music from the show.

Rating: out of 5 stars - Do NOT HESITATE to buy this!
I've owned this cd for quite a while. It is truly better than 95% of anything currently on the Billboard hitlist. Drake Bell's influences --John Lennon and the Beatles, obviously, but there are others as well and he makes them all new and fresh again. "Don't Preach" reminds me of Curt Cobain at his best when he also channeled a solo John Lennon. "Somehow" is just an awesome ballad that tells a story of abuse in a unique way. "Circles" is a great song for teens caught up in the party scene who ... Read More

Rating: out of 5 stars - Great surprise!!
I got this CD based in two things: 1) nICK'S show Drake & Josh, and 2) Good reviews from other buyers.
So, I was hoping a decent album with decent songs, and that was kind of it. Luckily, I ended up with the discovery of a potential great artist who has what it takes to deliver astounding music, which is really impressive giving the fact of his young age. I really hope he'll get the attention and success he deserves. Buy this if you like to try new artists and/or you enjoy melodic well-constructed ... Read More
