Rating: out of 5 stars - "A Exciting Tale of Young Love"
I am a big Phoebe Cates fan.I have seen and enjoyed all of her films. This one came out on cable television in 1984.It's a simple coming of age story about 2 young people who find love with each other through a series of misadventures.A pretty good cast.I saw Blue Lagoon.I was not impressed with it.I liked this movie much better.I've seen it several times and loved it.

Can't remember exactly when this movie came out, but the premis of the movie is this in a nutshell; "Blue Lagoon" made over BUT with a twist. This movie is great if you like either of the "main" actor/actress.. Willie Aames and Phobe Cates. I think this was done after "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" but don't quote me on that. Not Oscar material for the over-all movie but Phobe Cates "naked" sure don't hurt the eye's any!

Rating: out of 5 stars - Great Movie

Some of the dialogue is atrocious, but then they are supposed to be quite young, so perhaps they might have said that. And it ... Read More

Rating: out of 5 stars - Definite "Blue Lagoon" rip-offf
And of all the actors in Hollywood, who decided to pair beautiful Phoebe Cates with Willie Aames in this story?
