This boom box features a pair of five-inch, two-way coaxial speakers, headphone jack, front auxiliaryinput and bass enhancement. It comes with an AC adapter and satellite antenna. For portable use, it operates on eight D batteries. For convenience, there is a rear storage compartment for the antenna and cable.

Two nits: Power switch is easy to bump and audio spectrum is biased to the low side. That said this is a nice toy to allow you listen to Sirius anywhere.
Rating:  - Location makes all the differance
I enjoy continous music at home, however was disappointed when I couldn't get any reception during part of my weekend stay at a resort. The problem seem to be with the direction of the building which we stayed the first night. However, once we moved to a room which had a balcony facing a differant direction we had no more problems. Location does make a differance.
At home the music comes in clearly, that's a good thing.

I have had my Sirius Radio for a couple of years now and love listening to it in my car. I wanted a way to take it with me and here it is. This JVC Boom Box is awesome. I've used it on Batteried and with the AC Adaptor, you can't tell any difference. the antenna is long enough to reach outside when using the boom box indoors, i have even used it with the antenna in a bay window, which works great by the way. The speakers were defective and did not work - I returned it to the manufacturer but as of yet I have not received a replacement.
