I ordered this DVD mainly for my 91 year old father-in-law who used to play the banjo a little. He thoroughly enjoyed this DVD 2 nights in a row, especially the instrumentals, and wants me to get him more BlueGrass DVDs to watch. But I enjoyed the music and fantastic banjo, fiddle, mandolin and guitar playing myself and have watched it several more times AND my two 6 and 3 year-old grandsons love the DVD and I have to play it everytime they come to visit us which is at least every other day. Rating: - A music/bluegrass inspiration to anyone
Rhonda Vincent is a little bundle of talent and energy. It's said, "she's a looker, but hard to work for." That must be because all her musicians are top talents with amazing skill on many instruments. It's an extreme joy to see her and all of them perform !!!

I ordered this DVD for Christmas for my husband and I received the CD. I wrapped it in the orig. packaging so I didn't know til he openened it Christmas day. By then it was too late to return it.. so we had to buy the DVD at the store. Just make sure you order the right thing. I thought I did, but got the wrong one. Bummer!
Rating: - A Performance For The Ages
This is so good I buy copies for friends and family. It's just one fabulous performance after another. Rhonda's paid her dues many times over, and is absolutely brilliant here. And wait until you hear Molly Cherryholmes (who was just 14) play her own tune, "Frankie Belle", with the band! Talk about a walking advertisement for home schooling!
Better music has never been made, folks.

Rhonda Vincent and the Rage's "Ragin' Live" is a superb DVD! Absolutely wonderful performance by Rhonda Vincent, her band The Rage, and a few select guests--including her own daughter Sally and also a couple of the amazingly talented Cherryholmes kids. The blazin' banjos, fiery fiddles, and magnificent mandolin (the latter played by Rhonda herself, of course) made for a phenomenal bluegrass experience!
