Rating: - The least responsive merchant that I have ever dealt with on Amazon
The product is misrepresented on the website. I have sent 3 emails about an exchange but received no feedback. I was not given a refund and in fact I received no response to any of my emails. Also, there is no telephone number I could call. It's like dealing with a ghost. I was stupid enough to use the Amazon Visa card to pay for it; if I had used AmEx, I would have at least been covered by the purchase protection and received a refund.
