As a result, this product achieves excellent cooling performance even with natural convection, making it the world's first fanless, noiseless water-cooling system. The reservoir, radiator, and the water pump are conveniently integrated into one assembly, and the heatsink is anodized to prevent corrosion and rust. Reviews for this item were less than enthusuastic suggesting that a source of air blowing on the storage tank might solve the problems. I elected to install a Thermaltake radiator on the backplane of the computer and route the water through there. I reversed the fan on the radiator to suck air from the computer case through the radiator and mounted it over another case exhaust fan. Rating: - Completely Silent!
Can't hear it when working. My computer is now completely noiseless with this product, a silent Samsung HD, and a quiet power supply. Cpu temp 123F. Not bad for a completely fanless system. I am using distilled water and will try their coolant and might get a better result.
The only thing I would complain is the price. And it did take a while for me to install (had to unscrew motherboard).

This is the best thing that I have ever bought for my PC. This water cooler not only reduce the cpu/gpu temps... my apartment is at least 10 degrees cooler. And as others said... it's nice how quiet things got.
I just can't believe that I waited so long to get one.

Not only is this a great looking, but it also performs even better than i expected.
I have a p4 3.4e prescott chip that typically runs hot, so at first i bought a thermaltake spark-7 (which was recommended by my motherboards tech support{chaintech}), and it worked pretty good. Under load it would keep my cpu at around 118*f, but i was noisier than your mother-in law. So finally i got ticked off at the thing so i said screw it and went fanless.
