After just over a year, I managed to break the arm rest on this chair. I'm a big guy, but not HUGE, and the arm rest snapped at the point where the arm rest attaches to the back. For a chair that cost $99.00, I was expecting a little better.

This chair is really cheap so it at least deserves an extra star for that. Otherwise i find it very uncomfortable. The front of the seat pushes up against the back of my legs so it's pretty bad for circulation. The cushion is really thin and you can feel the wood inside, which will crack fairly easily if you lean to the side even slightly. My back hurts if I sit in it for more than 2 or 3 hours at a time because it's not really ergonomically curved for any sort of support. All in all it's a great ... Read More
Rating:  - Chair is good, but price is better at office depot
Office depot has a mail-in-rebate of $50 on this item. So you may be better off buying directly from office depot store.
If amazon had such a rebate, it would be great. This rebate is offerred many times. It is valid till 06/11/05 this time.
Rating:  - It broke
This chair broke after 7 months. First, one of the wheels would not stay in, so people would sit in the chair with it leaning. After enough pressure on that tentacle, it broke.
I am buying this chair again since it's such a bargain, and I also bought a chairpad so that the wheels aren't rolling on carpet. I believe this will prevent the wheel from separating.
Rating:  - Exactly What I Expected
The Chair is fairly easy to assemble and appears just as it does in its pictures. It's comfortable, and appears to be a good value for the cost.
