Rating: - Junk..in every sence of the word
Every bad review i've read here already sums it up, I had the same nightmare with this horrible machine. Avoid, save your money get an YEPP, ZEN, or IPOD.
Rating: - No complaints
I know everyone has different experiences with different devices, so I can only share mine....I've owned this little gem for close to two years and had no problems. The buttons ARE a bit sensitive, but I can either lock the unit or move it to the other side of my body. Simple enough. The software seems easy enough for me to use. But most of all, I'd like to talk about durability. I have a lawn service and wear this while I'm mowing, etc. I use noise- cancelling earphones and the sound is AWESOME! ... Read More

So...my husband bought me one of these when I started a new gym routine heavy in cardio and could not STAND trying to focus on the TVs. I LOVED it! It was small and easy to use, although we don't have the fastest computer and the software update last year made it a little harder to add songs.

So...I figured it was just a dud...I know it can happen...or maybe I had done something to it accidently...so we got back on Amazon and grabbed ... Read More

The folks here who are warning you about RIO support are dead on - I had the same experience. When the product broke, we were left on our own. What do you say to your kid when their Christmas gift broke and the company that made it won't support it 4 months after they sold it to you? These folks DO NOT stand behind their product, beyond 90 days at least.
Check RIO's their web site for their warranty information - their warranties only go to 90 days from proof of purchase. I don't know ... Read More
Rating: - Really sport !
If you like outdoor sports, you can take your Rio with you anytime without any worries. I don't remember how many times mine fell down but it did it an awful too many. One day, it even broke open ! Did it work perfectly after that ? Yes, it did ! I've had it for three years and it seems unbreakable (I even took it skiing). The memory is limited but the sound is of good quality, well enough for cycling, running. Didn't dare to use it while windsurfing, thought...
