Before I purchsed these, I sampled nearly two dozen small speaker systems on display at a local CompUSA. (They've since pulled this helpful display.) It did, however, give me a chance to compare cheaper and much more expensive sound systems, and hear how they stacked up with different types of music. This system surpassed all the computer sound systems in its range, offering fine fidelity and a small footprint.

Rating: - Amazing Sound Quality for a low price
I was searching for the right speakers for the new ipod photo I bought. Originally, I wanted to buy the dock sound system for either Altec Lansing or JBL. But I ended up getting Cambridge SoundWorks from the great reviews I've heard. And yes they have spectacularly amazing, deep, and full sound quality. I listen to all types of music from classical, jazz, rock to hip hop and I have to say these speakers really blow! And for the $40 it's totally worth your investment

I have had a set of these hooked up to my 13" television in my kitchen for several years now and have been more than happy with the sound. Have gotten comments on the sound, as well (good). So when I saw them on sale Open Box at the CSW web site for $25 with free shipping, I immediately ordered them. Hooked them up to my old Mac and there they will stay until the machine dies or is replaced. Just terrific sound.

I'v owned this speaker system for 2yrs now and it hasn't quit on me yet! Great sound for a great price. If your looking for a 2 speaker system for your computer than look no further. I'v blared these speakers for hours at a time and they don't blow! The sound quality is crisp and clear and with plenty of bass. Great for gameing and mp3's

I bought these speakers four years ago to go with my "new" computer. I have since gone through three computers, but I refuse to trade in these speakers. They continue to deliver clean, crisp sound. This system far outpaces most of its rivals, including many that cost several times as much. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Cambridge Soundworks.
