Featured Listmania! Editorial Review:
What's the sound of a soul being changed? Drawing on influences from Dylan & Lanois to Mozart, from New York to the red clay of Damascus, these songs stick in your head but never play the same way twice. Alt rock with brains, soul, melody, and funk.

Rating: out of 5 stars - I Don't Know What to Say
I think that says it all! Buy it, you'll like it. Oh, wait - it's out of print. Well then, try and find it - you'll like it.

Rating: out of 5 stars - insert CD, wrestle with epic themes
if Kenny G is "easy listening" then Dorman is "rewarding listening". These guys actually seem to believe what they play. Catch 'em live or grab the disc - same rich musical experience. You won't get spoon-fed lyrics in cliches or riffs in tired arrangements. You'll get good rock, fresh rock, thoughtful rock, and with one or two songs that show a mischevious sense of humor.

Rating: out of 5 stars - Your Music Collection is missing out on this...
This is an amazing collection of compositions, but don't expect it to be background music. You'll find yourself compelled to pay attention to the intelligent and thoughtful lyrics. If you live in the Northeast, you might even get lucky enough to see Dorman play live in a neighborhood club. For all the rest of us, the CD is treat enough. Think of this music as a well-kept secret that you're getting in on.

Rating: out of 5 stars - new Dorman fan
I love the diversity of the music -- each song is something new, and you can tell the musicians are each talented in their own right. Everytime I listen to it, I discover something new in meaning...the words make me think and feel and enter into its story. You couldn't ask for a better combination in a CD!

Rating: out of 5 stars - no bubble gum here
Here are four individually talented people, each able to hold their own separately on stage if ever necessary...but then put them together...I saw them live and believe me, there is nothing on this album that isn't there right in front of your eyes... if you appreciate God given talent mixed with a true dedication to their art you'll love this album.
