Rating:  - Cell at his best, I can't wait for the Cell Games!
First of all, I'd like to go on record and say that this movie must be the best out of all the PERFECT CELL videos. Although there are only four, this one is the best. I really liked it when Vegeta blows of Cell's arm and then Vegeta starts laughing, but then Cell grows another arm and uses Vegeta for a punching bag. Rating:  - Who can stop the monster now?
You gotta love this point in the Cell Saga. After Vegeta allows Cell to be complete he mops up the floor with the Saiyan prince. Now Trunks takes on the Perfect android...can even he match strength with Cell now that he is complete. I love the fight between the two and I think Trunks gets a chance to take center stage for only the second time after giving Frieza a SPLIT personality. 4 stars for the action although Cell talks to much!
