Rating: - Simply amazing! Can't wait for it to show up on Nintendo Wii so I can play it again.
I remember playing this game when I was growing up and I loved every second of it. The story was terrific and the characters are well-remembered. A must-play for a kid of any generation! I know the Wii can download games online and that Mario RPG will be one of the many. Finally!

Rating: - I really don't understand why... there is no sequel!!!!
Seriously, I played this game in highschool when it first came out. The secrets are legendary, the graphics were state of the art CGI for its time, the characters are classic... so why hasn't this been re-released for the gameboy advance as all the other good super nes games have. Where is it on the virtual console? And most importantly, where is the sequel for the WII or the DS. Not only is this one of the greatest RPGs on the SNES it is one of the greatest RPGs ever, and one of the greatest games ever! Made by SquareSoft who also made the famouse Final Fantasy series.
This game has a fresh, simple, awesome story that consists of Mario and his crew (Bowser, Peach, Mellow, Geno) having to save the mushroom kingdom from Smithy who has plans in destroying Mario's land.
