Rating: out of 5 stars - This is not the EP you idiots...
Oh man are some of you junkies. Get a grip. Over all this cd is good and it jams. But to think you are getting You think your tough or Sweet Cheater - get a grip.

Rating: out of 5 stars - Interesting
A lot of people are confusing this for the self titled EP. That's something entirely different.

I think this release is a mixed bag. I dig that isn't the same Ratt n Roll sound and found the laid back pace and the added acoustic to be very refreshing. Warren DeMartini proves he's a legend.. although so under rated. But Pearcy's voice is crap. He can't even hold a note let alone find the right note in quite a few spots. Rating: out of 5 stars - Awesome RATT Album - GET IT!!!
This is a solid RATT album. It sounds like RATT, but new songs from RATT. This band has always had solid musicianship, and this album is no exception.

i love this record. ratt n roll! it seems like whenever a band changes thier sound a little everyone freaks. it's a bit more hard rock than it is metal. it's still a solid release. just got done crankin' it up in the old truck and i thought it sounded great. i geuss to each thier own. rock on. mr. bush hog

Ratt's self-titled debut EP was guitarist Robbin Crosby's favorite Ratt release, and said in an interview that if you want to hear the real Ratt, listen to this EP. While I don't think it's their best album (I vote for Out of the Cellar), it is a classic. When my old TimeCoast cassette tape finally wore out and fell apart after years of use, I was upset that to get this on CD was really expensive! Used copies on eBay and here on Amazon were in the $60-70 range, and that's a lot of coin for six songs. ... Read More
