The two singles "Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now)" and "Things That Make You Go Hmmmm...." certainly do the trick. They are powerful dance-pop tracks with a serious hip-hop trunk deep enough to support (almost) the rest of the album, which is a bit of a motivational cool-down. The singles will pack the dance floor, and although the rest of the tracks won't clear it entirely, this album does prove to be unbalanced in the get-up-on-your-feet department. --Beth Bessmer

C+C is sadly remembered as a one hit wonder. However their seminal "Gonna make you sweat" is an incredibly stirring song and one that everyone should own. The most overlooked song of theirs is "Things that make you go Hmmm", this is another phenomenal song that most groups today couldn't do right if their lives depended on it. C+C was an awesome group.

this CD blends hip-hop, dance and rock sounds. It's good music. It comes from the age of Prince and MC Hammmer, and it's really too bad that they didn't continue to make music. Things that make you go Hmmm, and Gonna Make you Sweat (Everybody Dance Now) are great club songs. It seems that their style of music was merely a passing fad, and why they died off after this album. My god, it's hard to believe that sixteen years ago I was jamming out to these tracks at my local roller skating rink. What a trip, I still remember every lyric! Some great memories associated with these songs! Take a trip down memory lane with this album.
