Rating: out of 5 stars - THE WORST!
This is without the slightest doubt one of the worst movies I have ever seen. It has absolutely nothing to redeem it. Howling 2 makes even Howling 4 look good by comparison. Christopher Lee, who has spent much time complaining about some of the Hammer Dracula films he has appeared in, should hide in shame for agreeing to be in this sorry excuse for a movie. Special mention should be made of the music as it is incredibly awful particularly the song played endlessly by the punk band throughout. One ... Read More

Rating: out of 5 stars - Boring II: Your DVD player deserves better!
HOWLING II is nothing more than your typical 80s video store rental faux horror flick. It doesn't try to be scary. IT doesn't really try to do much of anything well at all. Christopher Lee, for whatever reason inspired him, does his best with an absolutely ridiculous script. The "werewolves" look more like borrowed costumes from PLANET OF THE APES. No, actually that is being too generous. Want gore? You got it a la the Kmart Halloween costume aisle variety. Want scary music? You will find ... Read More

THE HOWLING 2
YOUR SISTER IS A WEREWOLF

I still remember the first time I had seen the first Howling movie, and I was thinking "wow this is a pretty good werewolf movie". I had no idea at the time that this series would take a completely new direction with every film that followed. When the sequel came out as much as I liked the first one I did not go to see this one at the theaters. Don't get me wrong if I would have at the chance and time to so, I probably would have done so. Before ... Read More

Man I Would Say That This Movie Is Ok For A Sequel A Little Strange But I Don't Know It's Something About This Movie I Can't Say What It Is Maybe It's Seeing Sybil Danning Rip That Top Off (Damn Baby!) But Anyway It's A Ok Movie But It Damn Sure Doesn't Hold A Candle To The Original Howling

Rating: out of 5 stars - Trash ? Sure ! But Trash for Trash-Lovers.
The film is one of my favorite 80ties horror-trash stuff. Sybil Danning and Christopher Lee at the bottom of their career. The song "Howling" is absolutely horror: horror because it is 80ties pop at its worst.
The cool costumes of the female vamp-wolves (yes vamp-wolves lol), some really ugly splatter-effects that smell like latex and wax and the female dominance part makes this film a pretty good horror-comedy (without intented to be a comedy). A film for trash-lovers (and trash-laughers).
