When I first bought this video and watced it, I was very happy with it. I have had this video since I was 3 or 4, and I still watch it today! It's a shame they took this video off the market. Ringo Starr is a great narrater too. I also may have one other Thomas video that is now off the market. Even if used, this video will make a fine addition to your collection.
Rating: - Ringo Starr vs. George Carlin
George Carlin was the best narrator for Thomas, but Ringo Starr was kinda marvelous. They're both the best.

I've had this Thomas video for years and a still watch it occasionally. It is told by Ringo Starr and it introduced Duck and Harold. It's a shame that they took this one off the market as well, along with Tenders & Turntables and Better Late than ever. The Stories on this tape include:

Rating: - I can't find a good reason to take this one of the market
When the took this one and Tenders & Turntables and Better Late than Never off the market they really took a piece of Thomas history away. I think they should keep all of the Thomas videos out but they are a decreasing number left. Even a lot of the George Carlin are gone. What makes me furious is that they redid the Ringo Starr narrations with George Carlin ones. And in the newer dvds in The Hall of Fame where it shows what tapes you can find the engines starring performances, They put 10 Years ... Read More
