Editorial Review: Catherine Warriorson was a woman without any hope. Immensely powerful when it came to the monetary things in life but emotionally she had committed her heart to the depths of despair. Forsaking everything she once knew, including her friends, she locked herself away virtually alone in a ranch called Destiny. All she wanted was to be left alone with her own demons to live her life as a recluse. Jace Bardley was a young woman on the brink of a fruitful career with a film production company and the experiences of the world at her feet. When her latest project for her film company trespassed on an uncooperative and reclusive landowner's property in New Zealand, little did she know that the experiences of the world good and bad were literally going to begin right there. Life never appeared so easy to manipulate until the scheming of old adversaries intervene. Taking the two women on a journey that would test their inner character strengths and the emotional ties that bound them. A road leading to the defining of their destiny's but would it allow them a life together?

Rating: - A complete overall in editing
When I read this book at its first publishing, to say I was disappointed with the book would be putting it mildly. I was disgusted with the non-existent editing, and poor grammar and blatant publishing errors. However, I was extremely excited to hear that it was being revised, professionally edited and republished, so I purchased it. The re-published effort had received a complete overall in the editing department and the sentence structure has improved greatly. That is where the improvements ends. ... Read More
Rating: - Not ready for prime time
I have to say "good show!" to JM Dragon for writing the book.
However, I would suggest that the author find a decent editor and take some serious instruction on Novel writing. Plotting out such a huge involved story takes guts and percerverance, and for that the author should be commended.
However, the experience of reading this book - which is at best a draft, is just painful. This book falls into every novice writing trap ever mentioned. The constant inner dialogue from practically ... Read More
Rating: - Disenchanted with story
I was very disenchanted with the writing of the book and the story it's self. The plot was not believeable, the characters were not developed in a believable latitude, leaving the reader angry with the purchase. I thought I'd give the writer a couple of hundred pages to present her characters favorable in in an interesting form, but that just didn't happen. Catherine has so many sides to her that she could have been a masterful character had the writing skill been there. The Jace character made me want to scream ... Read More
Rating: - Poorly written without depth of charcters or plot!
Let me first say this book was the worst edited novel I've ever read!!!!! Okay, now that I've gotten that off my chest, let's get to the plot of Jace finding herself on Catherineýs door steps during a storm, ill, and is taken in by the hard nose owner of the ranch and a well known publishing magnate. Romance blooms even though it takes months and lots of telephone calls. Blinded hatred of Catherineýs real name sends Jace into the arms of a fellow worker, who marries and impregnate her, who then ends up in up ... Read More
Rating: - Great Read
I've throughly enjoyed this book. The main characters, Jace & Catherine, are convincingly portrayed & mesh well with a great supporting cast. The writing & the story flow with an easy captivation. Well done, J M!
