THEN HAVING PAID FOR A NEW BOOK, I RECEIVED A USED ONE. I HAVE BEEN SEEKING TO HAVE THE ITEM DISCOUNTED SINCE DECEMBER 2006. TODAY I AM STILL AWAITING A REPLY.
THIS IS A DISGRACE TO BUSINESS ETHICS.

This is not a teaching text. It assumes prior knowledge of the subject and is more like a professional reference. I was looking for a teaching text for a post graduate course. It is very comprehensive though.
