I cannot tell you how many times I've asked my wife where this book is. I refer to it frequently before administering cell salts to our 4 yr old and 2 yr old. This book is very easy to use and provides effective salt combinations for various conditions.

This homeopathic self-help book is fantastic. It is simple to understand and I was able to put this book into practice right away. There are 12 cell salts, each one replaces a different mineral in the body which in turn heals the body. It has a great index of different health problems and tells which cell salts to use for each. What's best about cell salts is how cheap and safe they are to use. Diane
