This is an amazing book! I am absolutely excited about the simple to do diet that will finally rid my body of the toxins and candida that have developed in my body. And i would recommend this book to all of my friends and family, and I have already recommended it to my parents.

Me and my 3 daughters have really suffered with systemic candida, as a result of intensive and long antibiotic therapy for treating Lyme Disease. My Candida was so bad it was in my lungs, as one doctor said well be grateful it is'nt in your brain!!! I really enjoyed reading this book. It covered a broad spectrum of your health. I agreed with everything I read. Topics I read in other books matched. I like the way the book starts and gets right to the point.
Rating: - A concise understanding of Candida
This book gives a concise understanding of the scope of candida. It is written in language that is easy to understand. I found help for my long term problems of asthma and allergies and fatigue. I have read quite alot about sugar and antibiotic use and its consequences; I really liked the format of the information for quick review of major details of candida and the reccomended program.
