Editorial Review:
Starting with photography in 1958, Zdzislaw Beksinski established himself as a worldwide phenomenon and Poland's leading contemporary artist. Beksinski's fantastic works are among his best-known, and the paintings collected in The Fantastic Art Of Beksinski reveal unforgettable images of post apocalyptic landscapes obsessively packed with death and decay. Haunting, surreal, and disturbing, Beksinski's work remains both mysterious and beautiful. This black bonded leather collector's edition features some of Beksinski's most provocative work, is signed and numbered by the artist, and includes a cloth slipcase.

Rating: - Very , Very Nice
This is a great collection of an undescribable artists' works . Granted there were some pieces of his that weren t included , but alas - you can only fit so much into one volume . Besides , when you re an eccentric fan , you will seek out obscure works and will not likely find them afterwards . Personally , before discovering Mr. Beksinski's works I was more interested in pieces by Daniel Ouellette , and ... Read More
Rating: - Fantastic Art
This book highlights some of the horrifying and mind-expanding artwork of Beksinski. I found myself unable to look away from the paintings, and I was immersed in this world that he's created. Definitely for those who enjoy really unique artwork.
Rating: - Dark textures
I like his style. The texture of bone and stone, of sky and earth are an interesting vision. This is the first book of his I found, the second was a Japanese/English work that was published after his death--that book includes one one or two reprints from this title, and is also a great addition to your collection.
