This is a very good book which will give you information that your health care provider might have overlooked. There are good explanations about current treatment plans, diet and exercise. The book may stimulated questions for you to ask at your next appointment.

This is one of the best books on rheumatoid arthritis that I've seen. I usually scan a few pages to get a feel for how the information is presented, and more times than not, I find it's either over my head, poorly organized, or both. Not the case with this book! There's an absolute wealth of information in this book that's both well-presented and easy to understand.
