I love this cookbook! The recipes are easy to follow and delicious, believe it or not! Rebecca Katz's philosophy is to experience not only nourishment (so important for those dealing with cancer) but also enjoyment from food. Rating: - Great for Everyone
We tried this book to cook for a friend going through chemo but quickly discovered that every recipe we made was not only extra-healthy but also absolutely delicious. Not a bad way to eat permanently! Some of the ingredients may appear hard to find, but we have had good luck sourcing them through Whole Foods. This is a terrific resource book even for experienced cooks.

The Magic Mineral Broth is so good I keep a pitcher of it in the refrigerator and have a glass of it almost every day...yes, it's tasty cold. I'm fortunate my local grocery stores have a reasonable array of organic foods; the tiny local Asian market had most of the rest, and I made a trek to Whole Foods for the two items I couldn't find locally.
