LOVED IT. Maybe one of the best books that I have ever read. Everything was just tied together so well. This book read like a movie in my mind. I could see Blake and Jillian as they fault not only to stay alive, but for their love as well.

While I thoroughly enjoyed this book and thought it was well-written, what I did not like was how the main character (Jillian) was depicted. Almost every interracial romance book that I've read depicts the heroine as nearly white. Jillian is described as having a honey-roasted complexion with a mop of long auburn-colored/sandy-brown hair (p. 28/p. 14) that flows down her back and across her shoulders (p. 14). Rating: - A True Gem
Harrison was one sexy cop, just the way I like my men, sexy and brooding. He and Jillian had great chemistry and the story flowed well.
I guess after watching all these mystery movies I kind of become an expert, I figured out how the head bad guy was from the very beginning. I was just so in love with Harrison, what a hero.

This was a book worth the money. The characters and the book really flowed. A wonderful read, don't pass this one up/
