NCLEX-RN Questions & Answers Made Incredibly Easy!, Fourth Edition, is an NCLEX review book that provides more than 3,500 questions and answers with rationales. The content is divided into six parts that cover all the major areas included on the NCLEX-RN examination. Part 1 explains the NCLEX examination itself. It offers studying and test-taking strategies and describes the test format in detail, including alternate-format questions. Parts 2 through 6 cover each of the five major areas in nursing practice: adult care, psychiatric care, maternal-neonatal care, care of the child, and professional issues. The book also includes six comprehensive examinations (75 questions each, for a total of 450 questions) with answers, rationales, and client-needs category information at the end of each test.

What made me choose this book over other Q&A text was the format. This book was an incredibly easy read with a lighter approach compared to other NCLEX texts I own (a pleasant relief, believe me). On the left-hand side of each page are questions, with answers and rationales on the right. It's the perfect format for studying purposes (you don't have to flip to the end of each chapter to see how you did).

Great book. Easy to read and understand. Love the format without having to flip through pages to find the correct answers. Compliments the other NCLEX books I am using to study.
Rating: - Excellent for addition help
This is an excellent addition resource for studying/learning! It is broken down to areas (eg. cardiovascular; resp,GI; GU; etc.) with some tips that are common in "Made Easy". The answers and reasons are on the same page. A classmate recommended this to me...I am glad I bought it!

Pretty easy cuz answers are right there on the same page so you get to answer a question and then review it rightaway. Plus, it has a few practice NCLEX exams in the back of the book to practice with. The only thing i dont like: its a fat book so kinda hard to just carry around anywhere you go.
