It has all the information I need at my fingertips. It is easy to use and has all the pertinent information necessay during a busy work day.

The book was "used", but was like new. The only thing I could see that was wrong, was it had a computer disk and the plastic over it was broken. That didn't matter to me as it doesn't fit my computer anyway.
