There have been many claims by people who have claimed to have cured, erased or eradicated their MS symptoms, they sell you a book $$$ you apply their principles yet you still have MS, how many of us have ordered a book followed it to the letter and got no results ? Probably most of us, if there was a cure for MS, someone on the internet would know about it. Controversial like many books of this type (after all, the medical authority concensus is "there is no cure"), but opened my eyes in many different ways.
Just like when reading any book, I take what rings right for me and leave the rest. Yes, she is richer than me, so some of her approaches will not work. Yes, I happen to disagree with her on SOME diet advice.
But to disagree one must read it first, right? I am certainly glad I did.

This book should be approached with caution. If you can get past the "flaunt" of Dr. Pepe's fabulous life and the fact that she would dare to show off how much better she is doing in front of other MS sufferers, some that are in wheelchairs and probably wish they too could twirl on their high heels, then perhaps you should remember that this is one woman's opinion.
