Rating: out of 5 stars - Helpful Resource for All MindBody Explorers
Louise Hay lives up to her reputation again with this book that identifies potential emotional / metaphysical links to physical problems. Just that alone is important and useful information. The affirmations may be too simplistic or off the mark for some people, but they do provide a good starting point for examining your attitudes and beliefs, and bringing to consciousness any hidden assumptions that are contributing to illness.

Rating: out of 5 stars - She should practice what she preaches
If I could give no stars, I would. I'm putting this review on each of Louise Hay's titles to warn people who fall into believing that this is a caring, compassionate person. Rating: out of 5 stars - This is right on!
I recently went through my old journals and found illnesses I had gone through at different times in my life. I read what was happening at those times in my life and found the emotional connections to be right on! It is weird, but true! It makes you think twice about how emotions effect health. I've also learned this with Emotional Freedom Technique. It really works to unload past emotions and free the body to be healthy and pain free.

Rating: out of 5 stars - emotional counseling
Some of the healing thoughts make sense ,some don't.If you have an illness and you are looking for positive ways of finding comforts for healing it can help a little bit.Cheaper than going to a therapist especially when you think of al the scheduling and driving and inusrance battles.

Rating: out of 5 stars - A Silly Little Book
This is a cute, but silly little book and is not worth the paper it is printed on. It is very superficial, and way over-rated. It is fodder for wishful thinkers, and not seriously helpful.
