If you are trained in Craniosacral Therapy, especially under Upledger's model, this book is for you! If you found Upledger's book a bit dry or difficult to plod through and not an easy resource or want more information ont how CST and restrictions relate to all of the organ sytems,glands,tissues and diseases this book is a must have.
