Rating: - Excellent Recipes!!
My family and I have really enjoyed trying the recipes in this book. It doesn't seem to be much of a diet book, but more of a great cookbook that sends you in the right direction to eat right with lots of flavor. Yum!!
Rating: - Clean Eating
Great book. Tons of great healthy recipes that taste amazing! Highly recommended. Very easy to make, and most, if not all, made from fresh foods and vegetables. Love it!

Great, full color book. Lots of great facts to understand why it's important to eat clean.
Rating: - Eat Clean Cookbook is okay
I found this book to be a bit boring. The two recipes I made from it turned out okay, but my biggest complaint is that you need to shop at a large grocery store for some of the ingredients. I live in the midwest where tofu is pricey and some of the other ingredients can't be found at our local grocery. I think the book is geared toward people living "green"in large cities. I also got tired of the high expectation that you can't even cheat at the holidays. Give me a break!
