Rating: - Just understand what you're paying for - wish I had
Be careful of this. First there are 3 tracks: None last 10 minutes.
Track 1 lasts 19 minutes but the strange thing is that after the approx. 10 minute relaxation you are told to be alert and then there is another 9 minutes of 'music'
Track 3 is 5 minutes of spanish guitar music - not bad, but if i'd wanted guitar music I'd have purchased it
I've got to listen to track 2 now ...but again consider the above before purchase.
Rating: - Relaxation made fast and easy!
This is a great tape for anyone looking to relax or better manage stress. Although it is geared towards athletes gearing up for an important performance, I have found it quite helpful when I find myself feeling stressed and irritable during the day -- I slip on the headphones, and meditate to the sound of Dr. Miller. The tape is only 10 minutes long, but it's quite effective.

Before reading this book my emotions were uncontrolable; i got angry for no apparent reason. this book helped me realize that intense emotion is not a bad thing; i just had to know how to direct it :-*)
