The concepts in this book have strenghtened the loving care we provide at our hospice. Our patients and families love the angels of hospice who provide true sacred encounters. I would recommend this work to ANY healthcare organization committed to providing the best care imaginable.

Radical Loving Care is, in my opinion, a breakthrough book. Every caregiver in America should read this - and then put Erie's words into action. American healthcare would be transformed for the better.
