What can I say about this gem of a book that has not been said. this book is a must have for anyone serious about maintaining optimum health and vitality, I have bought and given this book to so many people and realized I no longer had a copy for myself and had to order another. Stanley Burroughs book certainly will point an individual in the right direction. I can only say thank god this man wrote this gem of a book.

This is not a healthy way of losing weight or detoxing. And drinking a gallon of salt water every morning is the nastiest thing anyone will ever do. It's pure torture. I do not recommend.
Rating: - CLEAR YOUR PIPES
This is one of the simpliest;best ideas out there. Still, for a first time faster; anything can be difficult. I suggest getting help(at a center, raw/living enthusiasts and/or experienced fasters). Otherwise, this is one cool book.
Rating: - Simple good sense has stood the test of time
This book has been around well over 30 years. The author is not out to sell over priced supplements, or gimmicky dietary plans. Master Cleanser is written with simple good sense and good intent.

This weight loss/cleanse procedure is disgusting. I couldn't take more than a day of it.
