An easy read for those who suffer from fibro fog. The author, a male doctor, suffered from the illness and eventually got well. Offers practical ways to get better. Mentions both mainstream drugs, alternative medicine, and diet recommendations. One of, if not the best books I have read on the subject. Great book for busy doctors to read.
