Easy to read and follow. Good for beginners or "new country farmers".

This a good, straight foreward pamphlet on how to kill, skin and cut up a variety of animals. I found it to be a useful guide eventhough I don't agree with some of the killing and skinning techniques used. I have over 20 years experience breeding and butchering rabbits and chinchillas. I can assure you that the techniques outlined in this publication are sound and practical. The reason I purchased this pamphlet was to gain some insight into to butchering of larger animals.
