I cannot open the CD even tough I put my computer in window 95, 98,2000,XP, Vista. I can just see some pictures. The computer is telling me that I need Access to open that CD. I tried to buy that program it cost more than 700 dollars. So, I said forget it I will just buy another item from another publisher.

If you want to get experience in taking computer based tests this review is OK. But: Questions are far from Step 3 format, level of difficulty is highly variable, some explanations are outdated. If I had to choose again I would pick something different.

This CD-ROM is a must-have for Step III's new computer-based format. As an OB/GYN resident, I found this CD-ROM useful in studying even in post-call days. I recommend it for its affordability and a useful dry-run especially for non-computer users.
