I would not recommend this book. A lot of the phlebotomy procedures are poorly explained while some are not even mentioned. I frequently had to look up information on the internet for clarification.

All the information in the bold blocks is overwhelming in relation to all of the additional information given in the actual reading of paragraphs and sentences.
Also, does not seem organized very well. The beginning chapters use acronyms that have not even been identified in the reading at that point.
Some of the review questions at the end of the Chapters ask questions that have not necessarily been covered.
